http://www.archive.org/details/cer2007-11-09.sbd.flac16

Can someone help me? I uploaded this show this morning (about 9 hours ago now). I set it up to have all of the derivative files(mp3s, streaming player, etc) but the details page STILL does not have anything but the flac files. I have uploaded many shows, so I am not new to this. I was worried that the problems the system has been encountering had something to do with this, but I have seen other shows that were uploaded after mine, and they are complete.

Is there anyone that I can get in touch with this to get this fixed? If I can't get it fixed, can I just have it deleted, and start over?

Chip, did you get the email that the system generated? That should have told you what was wrong and how to fix it. If you didn't get it, you can go to Edit item (bottom left) and then click on "Item manager" and "History", you'll see a red task. Click on the "task_id" number, scroll to the bottom, and that'll tell you what was wrong and whom to email to fix it.

In this case, the error was that you included your ffp and txt in the md5 that you uploaded. If you edit your md5 to remove those lines and re-upload, that'll fix things.

Looking closer, it looks like you fixed the problem but just never emailed us to let us know it was fixed. I'm re-running the derive task and that should generate all the lossies and the Flash player. You can also do this yourself (in the future) by going to Edit item > Item manager and hitting "derive".

I did email you all after I did the edit, but apparently you never received it.

Thanks very much for fixing this for me, and for telling me how to do it myself if it ever happens again. I will be much more diligent about making sure I do an upload correctly.
